7-Day RISE Challenges

Each week guides you through a new focus that strengthens your mindset on one side and your physical resilience on the other. These challenges smooth out the lopsidedness that builds up in daily life, the places where we become star-shaped, inefficient, rough, or a little bonky in our routines. Seven days is the sweet spot. It is long enough to create meaningful traction, short enough to stay doable, and targeted enough to build identity through micro-goals you can actually finish.

You do not need to commit to a year. You only need a week. One focus. One intentional rise. Over time, these mini challenges stop feeling like “challenges” and start becoming who you are. Eventually, growth becomes your default setting. Progress becomes automatic. Your identity shifts simply because you kept showing up for seven days at a time.

Every challenge aligns with what the world is doing—seasonal shifts, holidays, celestial rhythms, collective energy, or even playful themes when the moment calls for lightness. Wherever alignment can be found, we anchor into it. These challenges help you tune inward emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically so your life rises in every direction.

This is your weekly reset. Your personal rising point. Your commitment to remaining alive, awake, and expanding in every part of who you are.

Don’t muscle through this alone—show up, cheer each other on, and celebrate every win in our Facebook group. Your support helps someone rise, and their support will help you too.
