Surface Level Bio

I’m not a personal trainer. I’m a mindset, patterns, and performance coach.

For most of my adult life, I was trying to change my life through effort alone. I chased motivation, discipline, and confidence without understanding why nothing ever lasted. I lived inside cycles of progress and collapse, knowing what to do and still unable to do it.

Everything shifted when I stopped asking what was wrong with me and started asking what patterns I was living inside.

Patterns explain why willpower fails. Patterns explain why smart, capable people stay stuck. When patterns change, behavior follows. When behavior follows, identity catches up.

Movement is part of my work because science supports it. Motion drives emotion. Physical movement activates neural pathways, hormone release, and emotional regulation. Mental work without action rarely sticks.

The physical practices I support are not about punishment or perfection. They are evidence-building tools. Physical goals are visible. Progress is trackable. That proof teaches your nervous system that change is possible. Once your body believes it, your mind follows.

Motherhood reshaped how I understand discipline. I don’t believe love requires self-erasure. I don’t believe growth should cost you your identity. I model structure paired with grace, ambition paired with compassion, and progress that fits real life.

Discipline, to me, isn’t rigidity. It’s fluidity with intention.


My coaching blends mindset work, behavior change, and performance strategy. This isn’t therapy and it isn’t fitness training. It’s a practical, grounded process designed to help you create momentum that lasts.
