I spent years in the tech industry.
I was successful. I was capable.
I’ve also been laid off more than once — and the reality is clear:
Tech is changing fast
Layoffs are becoming standard
AI is accelerating that shift
I don’t see long-term stability or longevity there — even for high performers.
What I do see is a cycle of short contracts and repeated rebuilding.
That path pulls time and energy away from building something durable — something that compounds instead of resets.

The work I’m already doing every day —
creating structure, clarity, and momentum for people who are ready to grow into their next level.
Why I’m good at this
I grew up learning how to read people early —
how to connect, how to see what mattered, how to understand who someone was beneath the surface.
At first, that skill helped me navigate complex environments.
As an adult, it became discernment.
I have a strong ability to:
cut through defenses
separate behavior from identity
see and reflect the best of someone’s humanity — clearly and honestly
That kind of clarity changes how people move through their lives.
Most people I work with are capable, curious, and already accomplished.
They simply know there’s another level available — and they’re ready to step into it intentionally.
Here’s the practical reality.
I’m a divorced single mom raising two kids.
This work requires time, focus, and depth to do well.
Sustainability matters.
