MINDSET:

MOMENTUM WEEK

12.07.25-12.14.25

Momentum Week is where everything shifts.
Last week grounded you — this week activates you. Winter tries to slow people down, steal their light, and convince them to drift. This is the week you push back. This is where you prove that momentum isn’t magic… it’s a choice. Small actions, repeated with intention, become the spark that carries you through December with more energy, clarity, and self-belief than you’ve ever had.

These mindset challenges are designed to wake something up inside you. Not frantic motivation — but identity-driven momentum that comes from showing up even when you don’t feel like it. This is the week where you stop waiting for motivation and start generating it. Where you stop “getting through the holidays” and start leading yourself through them. Every day calls you to think differently, act deliberately, and rise into the version of you who doesn’t crumble under pressure — she compounds her strength.

By the end of this week, you won’t just feel momentum — you will trust yourself to create it. These mindset challenges are your fuel, your proof, your upward lift.
This week, you ignite.

Prep Sunday — Entering Momentum Week

Prep Sunday is simple:

1. Choose your momentum anchor

Examples:

  • “I build myself.”

  • “Small wins, big energy.”

  • “Movement creates motivation.”

2. Set your 7-day non-negotiable

Choose ONE thing you

will not

negotiate on this week:

  • 20 minutes of movement

  • 10-minute journaling

  • Morning hydration

  • ONE healthy decision per day

A spark becomes a flame when it’s fed deliberately

3. Clear one source of friction

Pick something small that steals momentum:

  • A cluttered corner

  • A messy car

  • A draining chat thread

  • A social media rabbit hole

Eliminate or reduce it today.

4. Visualize Friday-you

Write a few sentences describing:

  • How you want to feel

  • What momentum looks like

  • What you would be proud of

Momentum is intentional —

not accidental.

Monday - 12.08.2025

Most people wait to “feel ready” before they start.
That moment never comes.

Today teaches the opposite:
readiness is something you feel AFTER you take action.

Momentum is built in the first two minutes, not the first two weeks.

Action breeds confidence. Inaction breeds doubt.

Task: Choose one thing today you have been putting off (big or tiny) and take the first imperfect action.

Examples:

  • Start a chore

  • Reply to a message

  • Begin a draft

  • Clean one drawer

  • Do 5 minutes of movement

Reflection: What shifted when I took action BEFORE feeling ready?

Tuesday - 12.09.2025

You do not need a perfect day.
You need a 5% improvement somewhere.

5% is sustainable.
5% is doable.
5% compounds faster than you think.

The smallest steps can open the biggest doors.

Task: Identify ONE area where you can be 5% better today:

  • Eat 5% cleaner

  • Move 5% more

  • Be 5% more patient

  • Be 5% more hydrated

  • Clean 5% more

  • Speak 5% kinder to yourself

Reflection: How did the small improvement make me feel bigger inside?

Wednesday - 12.10.2025

Avoiding the hard things is hard.
Doing the hard things is hard.

So…
you might as well choose the hard that transforms you.

Today challenges identity-level decisions.

Everything is hard. Choose the hard that builds you.

Task: Choose ONE hard thing that will help you:

  • A workout

  • A difficult conversation

  • Saying no

  • Finishing a task

  • Waking up earlier

  • Logging your nutrition

    Do it!

Reflection: How did choosing the helpful hard create momentum?

Thursday - 12.11.2025

Momentum multiplies when small wins accumulate.

Today is about stacking WINS.

Success is a stack of small wins you refused to skip.

Task: Complete 3 quick wins today:

  • Drink water

  • 5-minute walk

  • Make your bed

  • Clean a surface

  • Stretch

  • Send a gratitude text

These wins create energy.

Reflection: What win changed my emotional state the fastest?

Friday - 12.12.2025

Identity is not something you discover.
It’s something you rehearse.

Every action today is proof of who you are becoming.

Becoming is a practice.

Task: Write one sentence describing your future self.
Examples:

  • “I am someone who finishes.”

  • “I am someone who takes care of my body.”

  • “I am disciplined.”

    Then…
Take one action that Future You would take.

Reflection: How did it feel to walk as your future self and let your outdated self rest on the shelf?

Saturday - 12.13.2025

Today is about ritualizing momentum.
Ritual = repeatable, dependable, simple.

What you repeat, you reinforce.

Task: Choose your personal Momentum Ritual:

  • 3 deep breaths

  • Water + sunlight

  • 10 squats

  • A 5-minute pickup

  • 1 page of reading

  • A short affirmation

Do it in the morning AND the evening.

Reflection: How did repeating a ritual change my energy?

Sunday - 12.14.2025

Today is about securing the momentum you’ve built.

Task/Reflect on:

  1. What gave me energy this week?

  2. What drained me?

  3. What choices mattered most?

  4. What identity am I stepping into?

Momentum is easier to maintain than to create.

Identity anchor:
“I am someone who creates, protects, and carries my momentum.”
