My Mission
My mission is to serve, guide, and mentor people into lifelong transformation by teaching them what I wish I knew when I was overwhelmed, stuck, and fighting habits I didn’t understand.
Welcome to Long Infinite Rise. My name is Megan Long, and this is the story of how everything in my life broke open — and how I rebuilt myself from the inside out. In this video, I share the real journey: • 350 pounds • Gestational diabetes • A long family history of heart problems • Postpartum cardiomyopathy (heart failure after birth) • Losing over 30 pounds of water in a hospital overnight • Divorce after 15 years • Raising two young boys as a single mom • Healing old wounds, trauma, addiction patterns, and emotional neglect • Rebuilding my identity from the ground up This is the moment my life changed — the moment I decided to wake up and finally choose myself. Long Infinite Rise is built from that transformation. It is a place for people who are ready to grow, evolve, heal, rise, and step into the identity they know they’re meant for. If you’ve ever felt stuck… If you’ve ever wondered who you could become… If you’ve ever wished for a guide, a community, or a spark to begin your own rise… You are in the right place. We rise through identity, through action, through truth, and through movement. I’m here to help you find your next step. 💛 Subscribe to join this journey 🔥 Join our 7-day challenges 📘 Explore the StepStack habit tracker 🌐 Visit the website: LongInfiniteRise.com 👥 Join the community: Facebook group link You never have to show up perfectly. However you show up is always perfect. Your rise begins exactly where you are.
I am here to leave people better than I found them — not by fixing them, not by doing the work for them, but by empowering them with the tools, the mindset, and the patterns to rise on their own. This is a “teach a woman to fish” kind of journey. A “let me show you how to build your own strength and your own momentum” kind of work.
Sometimes that means cheering you on.
Sometimes it means challenging you.
Sometimes it means not being liked in the moment —
good thing we’ve all got broad shoulders.
I am not here to climb the mountain for you.
I am here to teach you how to breathe through the incline,
trust your footing,
pace your rise,
and take the steps that lead you toward the summit through your own strength.
My commitment is to guide you toward sustainable habits, authentic growth, and the infinite mindset — rising one step, one choice, one small win at a time.
I am here to help you become the version of yourself who keeps rising —
long after the motivation fades,
long after the moment passes,
long after you ever thought you could.
This is the Long Infinite Rise.
This is transformation that lasts.
This is the work I feel called to do.
