Hey — I’m really glad you’re here.

This week matters.
Not because it’s perfect.
Not because it’s easy.
Because it’s real.

Mid-December can feel like a lot. Schedules shift. Energy dips. Stress creeps in. Old habits start whispering, “We’ll deal with this in January.”

We’re not doing that.

This is Reset & Refocus Week, and this is where we slow the spiral, simplify the noise, and take our power back. Let’s dial in. Let’s focus. Let’s lead ourselves — even when things feel messy.

We do hard things. Let’s go.


Why This Week Exists

I want you to hear this clearly:

You don’t lose momentum because you lack discipline.
You lose momentum when life gets loud and you stop checking in with yourself.

This week is here to interrupt that pattern.

Instead of reacting to chaos, we’re choosing intentionally.
Instead of piling on more expectations, we’re editing.
Instead of disappearing until January, we’re staying present — and grounded.

This week is built around one idea:

Chaos doesn’t get to decide who you are.

You do.

And I’m here to walk this week with you.


How This Week Will Work

We’re trying something new — and I’m excited about it.

Instead of dropping all the challenges at once, I’ll be releasing each day’s physical challenge, mindset challenge, and affirmation every morning before 6am MST.

Why?

Because I want this to feel alive, supportive, and engaging — not overwhelming.
This is about staying connected to the process, not rushing through it.

So today — Sunday — is your prep and reflection day.

No pressure.
No perfection.
Just intention.

Take a few minutes today to:

  • Reflect on where you’ve been

  • Notice what’s been draining your energy

  • Get honest about what you want this week to feel like

Set yourself up for success. Clear a little space. Decide that this week matters.

We’re maintaining structure — not chasing perfection.

Movement stays simple.
Consistency stays steady.
We move in ways that support energy and momentum.

This is about staying in motion, even when life feels chaotic.

🧬 Identity

This week, we’re practicing leadership.

We’re reinforcing:

  • I lead myself.

  • I make intentional choices, even in chaos.

  • I do not lose myself during stressful seasons.

  • My voice matters. My boundaries matter. My energy matters.

You’re not handing your authority over to stress, schedules, or expectations.

You’re keeping it.

A Quick Reminder Before We Start

You don’t need to know exactly how you’ll get where you’re going.

You just need to look far enough to see the next step.

That’s what I’m doing too.

I’m growing. I’m learning. I’m evolving — right alongside you. This new daily-release style is part of that. We don’t have to look far. We just have to look forward and keep moving.
