I work with a limited number of clients so I can show up fully, consistently, and with care. The purpose of this application is to make sure this work is the right fit for you—and that I’m the right coach to support you.

What This Coaching Is (and Isn’t)
This is mindset, patterns, and performance coaching. It is not therapy, not fitness training, and not a quick-fix program.
This work requires self-awareness, personal responsibility, and a willingness to take action—even when it’s uncomfortable. Physical movement is used as a support tool because it helps create emotional regulation and embodied confidence, not because perfection is expected.
If you’re looking for motivation without participation, this likely isn’t the right fit.
